Lutianhua Group Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Lutianhua Group)

is a large-sized enterprise group whichcombines  production and sales of fertilizers and fine chemicals, research and design, construction and installation and transportation. Lutianhua Group has total assets of 22 billion yuan, with its headquarters located in Jiangyang District, Luzhou City, Sichuan province.

The predecessor of Lutianhua Group was Sichuan Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant established in 1959, which has been called as the cradle of modern Chinese urea industry . Over several decades of development, Lutianhua Group has experienced numerous glories and prides, and also has gone through countless hardships and difficulties. It has made great contribution to the country's economic development. Due to national industrial adjustment and market change, Lutianhua Group is now faced with many difficulties and great pressure.
